Steps for Usage:
Step 1: Wash the lip pump with mild soap and water, and moisturize the area around your lips with moisturizer. We recommend that gently remove away the moisturizer on lips and the surrounding area with a soft towel or exfoliating brush. This moisturizer is not necessary, but may help to build a closer suction, since it is crucial to have a good lip result.
Step 2: Put your lip pump head on your lips, squeeze the lip pump to drain the air and release it. Let the lips relax and be sucked by the lip pump. Slide the lips as deep as possible into the lip pump while the pump is being compressed. Place your upper and lower lips in the center position.
Step 3: You can also take a small mouthful of air from the lips, and you may feel gentle suction, keep continuing until the lip pump suction is firmly established, but very comfortable around the mouth. The time length of taking lip pump varies from person to person, so it starts to increase from 15 to 20 seconds. Gentle and firm suction is better than hard suction; hard suction is not necessary, and it should not hurt the lips.
Step 4: If suction gets lost, repeat steps 2 and 3 and the time should not exceed 3-5 minutes. If the suction is not strong enough, the lip pump will fall off from the lips; repeat above steps until the perfect suction is got. The main reason to lips pump off is that the skin around your lips and lips is not pushed deeply into the lip pump, thus failing to produce good suction. Try again and practice will make you do it better!

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
