How to use: –
Wash your feet well (soaking in hot water will increase the absorption of the essence). For people with extremely rough cuticles, you can also exfoliate your feet before wearing the masks.

Dry your feet.
– Remove the masks from the bag and wear them as if you were wearing your socks.
-It is recommended to wear a normal pair of socks outside the masks, this will ensure that the masks remain in place and facilitate their movement.
-Use masks for 1-2 hours (minimum 30 minutes for sensitive skin). You may feel tingling or warming, this indicates that the masks are working. Stop use if you feel uncomfortable burning sensation.
Remove the mask and wash your feet with water.

Wait for the peeling process to begin. Depending on the condition of the feet, the whole process may take 7-15 days, or longer, depending on each person’s absorption (I only started peeling after 10 days).
Note : It is normal for some people to experience excessive peeling while others may experience very little peeling after the first pair. You can restart the process after 20-30 days (when peeling has stopped) to achieve the desired effect.

-When you see that your feet have started to peel, soaking in warm water every night is highly recommended (adding some vinegar is also good). You can use an exfoliating feet tool to help you remove dead skin (be gentle). Try not to apply lotion / moisturizer because you want your dead skin to peel off.
For best results: If you do not see peeling within 7 days, you can use another mask to increase absorption and accelerate peeling. This is not recommended if you have recently peeled skin or sores / cuts.

Is important:

-Do not wear masks if you have active cuts or wounds. Masks can cause irritation.

-After wearing the masks, avoid excessive walking, high heels and / or excessive gym.

-If you have concern if you may use it or not, please consult your doctor.
-Not recommended for people with special health conditions, for example, pregnant.
-This product is not intended to cure or diagnose disease.

What to expect:

-After removing the masks and the next day, the feet become white and wrinkled, you may not feel your feet well (your feet may be a little numb).

-The following days, the feet may become very dry. People who respond quickly will see their feet peeling, others may see their skin cracking, some may not see these reactions.

Depending on how you react to masks, you may need 2-3 pairs to achieve the desired results.

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.


Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
  • If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
  • If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

We do not issue the refund if:

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of . (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
  • Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
